Well, it's a great trick, but you certainly already have it in zillions of versions.
Ordering it, you'd receive a random four-of-a-kind plus one "special card" (easy guess).
If you're familiar with Archer's "Eye Exam", it is just another version of the same trick. Just different climax.

The handling for that video (maybe it was just the performance) is kind of odd. The link that Wravyn posted had some odd handlings as well. I think the concept/mechanics might be similar, and I also think there might be more effective, clean way to produce the, erm, effect.
