Greg has definitely changed. He used to be one of the nice guys. Not anymore. His tone has completely changed. I will not be taking part.

I gonna have to agree with cardbiker.
seems like already an expensive app (which I own but havent used) that obviously is a challenge to use and the written instructions it comes with don't seem to be user friendly (I have tried...) so now the instructional video comes out (dont most products come with that initially !!?) and now, at least for me I feel that - I am between a rock and hard place - I have to purchase this because , I would like to learn how to use the app after all I have it on my phone...!!! and it has sat there for a while, without all the fun it says it can do So I will register , and pay the fee Which I agree seems high...just to learn how to use the app ... que sera.. |

I have seen people offer skype sessions for $40, $50, $100, and even more for a single hour.
I have seen workshops and lectures charge a lot more. I believe a hands-on workshop is very logical and the digital format allows the presenter to maximize profits. Good for them And more importantly, Inject comes with a very active FB group and tutorials that make this webinar optional. It is not required at all to use Inject and many have been using it successfully in all sorts of venues. I am not affiliated with Greg or Inject and I believe a hands-on workshop does make sense. However, I will hold my final judgement until after the webinar as that may change depending on what is covered. If it is merely a repetition of what is written in the manual, then I will not be happy. But if it is a way to collect all the amazing ideas from the FB group and maybe share few 'unreleased' tidbits in addition to all the functionalities, then I believe this will be well worth the money especially given the easy to navigate format. I am looking forward to it |

This is a good time to offer 50% off of the Inject app 😉

The new manual is very straight forward I thought.

I COMPLETELY agree with ash2arani.
I was one of the surprisingly few who attended the seminar. A HUGE amount of work went into preparing and presenting it (and, not anywhere near enough people attended to justify Greg's investment of time in the project), and I considered it one of the most valuable 'purchases' I have ever made in magic. Inject is, by far, the most complex and potentially rewarding magic app available. Yes, you CAN learn it if you are willing to put in the time that the remarkably complete manual offers. But for me, the seminar was a kinder and gentler route. And, as I have mentioned before, I have signed up for the webinar as well so that I can 'stop and rewind' those sections about which I need a bit more time to master. Do I resent having paid for both. No. I'm greatful that Greg decided to invest the additional time to put the webinar together. I know that this forum can be tough on creators, but pegasus, while I GREATLY respect your knowledge and opinions, I have to disagree with your opinion of Greg. He, and Shawn Farquhar, are two of the nicest and most generous magicians I have met. Greg is a true gentleman...and, imho, a genius. |

Good and thanks very much for the info , as I hate anything that relies on an active FB group to tell you what should be in the tutorial in the first place imo .
I will never subscribe to FB so I am glad it’s irrelevant with this product |

I am completely useless when it comes to using this type of thing, but with very little help I have used five of the effects with ease. All of these have got amazing reactions from the spectators.
I’m sorry but if I can do it I really believe anybody can. Heaven forbid that somebody should have the audacity to sell a trick that you can buy and can’t perform within five minutes. Magicians nowadays are spoilt and lazy. Many are too lazy to put the time in to really learn an effect. I expect to get loads of flack over this post but sometimes the truth hurts. |

I personally don’t want seminars of this kind , I want proper tutorials from day one and I am more than happy to put weeks or months ( and some more ) into perfecting and learning an effect correctly .
However I do not want to go through a third party for this information , I just want it to be explained in the instruction on my initial purchase . Is that too much to ask in 2018 ? I have absolutely no desire to learn other people’s take on an effect , I am more than happy to put my own presentation and spin on things |

The webinar should of been screened along time ago and should be freely available to anyone who owns the app. The fact that a webinar is being conducted is a good indicator that the manuals / farcebook group are inadequate for the general user.

Here are all of the ways that Inject is supported:
1. The app has an online manual that is broken down into comprehensive chapters that describe all of the functions of the app. The reason why it's an online manual (in contrast to something you read in the app) is so that you can easily read it on a computer or tablet (by typing the URL of the manual in any browser). The online manual also has video instructions that teach you the patter and subtleties of each effect. There are over a DOZEN instruction videos on YouTube that teach every aspect of Inject. 2. I am always available to answer questions not only here on the Magic Café, but also on Facebook. The Inject facebook group is the MOST active magic group with over 4,000 members that not only help new users, but often share amazing tips, tricks, and ideas. 3. Every time someone has wanted to speak to me on the phone, I have given them my personal mobile number. I love talking to my customers and walking them through the product. All of the above support is done for free. cheers, Greg Rostami |

This entire thread is entering absurdist comedy territory. Having attended the seminar, I am aware of the work which went into preparing it, and I have an idea of how much time Greg has invested in the webinar. And you guys/gals want him to give it away?? Again, the manuals are enough to FULLY learn this app. If you don't want to attend the webinar, don't. Geez!!!
