Solved this one myself and downloaded the Ebook.
Not a bad book at all, covers all basic material needed for a stage show. I wouldn't buy this without a good prior understanding of hypnosis techniques though, but if you already working in or have a deeper understanding of hypnosis it is certainly a good read.

Yeah I agree. Certainly not for a person getting into the field but a nice read with some nice ideas in, although I find it very unoriginal and perhaps a little dated. like nothing exciting or new. has been a while since I read it.
