Hi everyone, I'm having a wee bit of trouble finding a reliable method of securing a knotted tie to myself to do a pulse stop routine for my finale (without the posssibility of it slipping off during the show). I did think of using a thumb tip, but wish to stop the pulse in both wrists. Does anyone have any tips or methods they favour? thanks, tom.

Have you tried other methods, such as Jermay's. It is the only method I have and will ever use.

I was always afraid of the risks associated with other methods. There are many more advantages to Lukes approach. You can find it in his book 7 Deceptions and on his DVD.

Would you highly recommend Luke Jermay DVD?

I would reccomend anything Luke puts out to be hoenst as his stuff really suits my style. The recording quality of the DVD is very poor indeed. However there are a few useful effects on there. namely I use his Pulse stop and A Twisted Palm. However, if you already have all of his books you will be fully aware of all of the material within, however seeing him perform it may give you the confidence to perform it.

Also, if you do but it, be rest assured that, I am sure Luke will agree, the full performance and presentation is not given on the DVDs. By this I mean that in live performance Luke is quite entertaining and good to watch (well he was in Scotland anyway) where as he is simply demonstrating the efefcts on the DVD.

I hope this helps,
