Check with Todd Robbins. He is THE best at these kinds of things. A true pro with exceptional knowledge.I would be very careful in tackling these things.

Best regards,

Hi Tony
I'm not sure what you mean
Is Todd a member here?
Should I be careful about this type of material?
There is such a lot of different material involved
Which item/s do you mean?
I would be very interested in your advice
Thanks for posting

Where did you find this page. It does not seem to belong to Abbott's site. It makes me wary of it.

Hi Stuart
Go to Doug Dyments Site and go to the Deceptionary page
He recommends
"Forbidden Wisdom" by Howard P Albright
A search on this brings up the link above to Abbott's page
I sent an email regarding postage to the UK 2 days ago and have had no response
Does anybody know anything about Abbott's or the material offered?
Cheers

These were all manuscripts sold by Abbotts in the '50's and '60's separately, all for $2 or so each. Back when Abbotts had a 500 page catalog of $2 booklets and $.50 card tricks...These are all pretty decent, considering that they do not incorporate anything new in the last 50 years...but you'll find that these are sometimes the basis for later stuff.

Well Worth it for the loot...$30 for all 3? Get 'em, you'll make more than that reselling them on Ebay if you decide that writing upside down and backwards gives you a headache!!

Have you contacted Abbotts to see if they still publish these, and what the prices are?

Thanks Tom
Just what I wanted to hear
I've ordered them
Had to do it by email because their electronic order form does
not accept foreign area codes
Thanks again
