Can anyone recommend a good close up magician show for non-magicians to attend while in Las Vegas?

It's not close up but Mack King has a great show that is pretty cheap compared to Lance Burton and Penn and Teller. I think it's $20-30.

Unfortunately, there are few if any close up shows in Las Vegas. There might be the occasional "table hopper" here and there, but even those are hard to find.

The closest we came recently was Steve Dacri's show where he performed "table" magic for the entire restaurant all at once pulling volunteers from the tables to help. I don't think that show is running any more.

Stick with Mac King. It's great entertainment, and the best value on the Strip.

Michael Close was doing close-up at the Houdini Lounge in the Monte Carlo Hotel but I'm not sure if he is still there.

Mac King's show is great, take it in if you can.

Michael's no longer working there either.

Give a call to Gary Darwin. He's in the phone book.

Bill is right. Gary will have the rundown. Wednesday night a crowd gathers at his place. My son was there about a month ago and saw Michael Close, Looy, and some others.
