Topic: Copper Cups- Patina or Not?
Message: Posted by: Bryan Gilles (Oct 29, 2006 02:31AM)
First off, a huge thank you to RNT2.com for the wonderful JESmagic Squatty Cups! These are beautiful and are just the right amount of weight!

I know a lot of the "traditionalist" are pro-patina when it comes to the copper cups; however, the polished copper looks extremely professional. My question is...

Should I let the cups become patina or not? Are there actual pro's and con's aside from flashing of palmed loads in the reflection of a cup?

I'm interested in hearing peoples responses...

p.s.- I know- I know, my avatar pic needs to be updated!

It's a personal thing. I seldom polish a set of cups. But that's just me.
