Topic: Arm trick

Does anyone know the name of the trick where the performer puts out his arms, crosses them thumbs down and interlocks his fingers. The spectators are told to mimic him. The magician then rotates his hands to a thumbs up position, the spectator cannot repeat. Been looking for it, not having any luck.

David Pogue's Magic for Dummies decribes it too. It's an old trick. But a good one.
