Topic: Hypnosis for expectant mothers
Message: Posted by: Magicman101uk (Jan 28, 2007 05:11PM)
Hi all

I'm after a bit of advice. My wife is currently 28 weeks pregnant, and we have heard from a friend about hypnosis for expectant mothers. I'm assuming this is self hypnosis, relaxation techniques etc... Can anyone give me any advice/any sources for reading about this?

Cheers

Paul

Hi Paul

Congratulations to both you and your wife.
If you are looking for info on hypnosis for expectant mothers I would recomend that you look at both
http://www.hypnobabies.com
and also Gerald Kein's course "The Complete Painless Childbirth Program" which you can find at
http://www.omnihypnosis.com/chldbrth.htm
Hope this helps.
All the best.

My wife is due in 12 days and she is doing HypnoBabies. It seems to be pretty good.
