Message: Posted by: magic4jc (Feb 27, 2007 10:35AM)
Hey guys,

I am looking for a cool vest. I want it to be "sparkly".

Check out this website, and look at his pics .....

http://www.mbsafetyshows.com/index.html ......

I want a vest like his purple one, only I want red or royal blue.

I live in a very rural community, at least an hour from a metropolitan area, and that is a small one. Can any of you recomend an online source for this type of vest?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks, Mike

I'm betting that cowboy won't be interested in any of those sissy clothes.

You got it Al. Some of the venues I play, wearing a vest like that could get you beat up.

Well, Al, when I put on my "children's entertainer" hat, I have to take off my "cowboy" hat.

I wear many hats!

And besides, I'm a non conformist!!

Thanks for the help!

Mike

Looking at your avatar makes me think of "shakes the clown" and how the birth day party clowns were always afraid of getting beat up by the rodeo clowns.

I can imagine their fear. I, personally, don't clown. It just doesn't feel right for me. My character, however, is very "goofy" and loud.

My avatar came from a pic my wife took on a family vacation. She thought that it was funny that I was swimming in my hat.

Again, thanks for the leads,
Mike

My mother in law makes me vest in any color I need. She at times makes matching ones for my puppets. Patterns are available at Wal-mart or places like Jo-Ann's in the USA.

Making them reversible gives me more options with one vest as well as more pockets.

Check your relatives or yellow pages or google your area for seamestress(sic)
