Topic: I Post but my Number of Post doesn't Change

I have no problems posting my actual messages, but my number of posts doesn't change. After about 3 or 4 posts my total number will jump up by one. I think I've been at 24 posts for awhile.

Am I doing something wrong. Or does the post count just include the threads that I've actually started?

If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I post, therefore I'm not.

LIquid B: Posts in certain forums do not count toward your individual count. Areas such as New Arrivals, It's not magic but, I want to see the manager and Let's make a deal are a few of those. Many of your posts are in the It's not magic...but, forum and therefore don't get calculated in your post count.

That's correct.
PM's are private messages and do not count.
Posts are messages for the entire membership.

That's exactly why the PM's don't count. To get into the Banquet room, you need 50 legitimate posts. Legitimate means adding something to the Café. PM's, questions to the manager or Tech help do not add to the value of the Café. Neither does the new arrivals or Let's make a deal section. To answer your question about the next step, you're at the top of the ladder. The 50 post requirement gets you into the Banquet room and that gives you access to all the rooms currently available. As you post more messages, your level will change. Check the
FAQ section for those levels.
