I actually liked it, but my wife told me that the purple suit I alredad have was enough.

My wife told me because of some of the venues I play in and around the Nashville Tn area, I would probally get the crap kicked out of me.

Sooo... I'll just go with the vest and shirts I have right now.

I wonder if that comes in a material suitable for vestments? That would keep my congregation from sleeping on Sunday.

Father
You live about 2,000 miles away from me, but I would be willing to fly to El Passo for that service.

Hold it David said if he wore that suit in Nashville he would get beat up. Big daddy lives in Nashville, and wants one to wear it around town. You guys must hang out in different parts of town. I thought Nashville was the sequen capitol of the US.

There is a lot of sequins here in Music City, thanks to Porter Wagoner and Marty Stuart!

It's all about attitude baby!

Very nice....I personally prefer a German tailor: http://www.heinemann-hamburg.de .This company is used to clothes for the showbiz including extra pockets. And this could be a reason to visit St.Pauli in Hamburg too...(I mean the theatres and cabarets, not the ladies!)Sad to say the "Hansa Theater" does not exist any more.

Second only to Vegas.

I need to stop and pay homage to Little Jimmy Dickens.

Hi

Just thought I'd mention that we just had 4 custom silver showgirl bikinis made by Samantha and her team. The price was superb, the delivery was earlier than promised (by a week). They're great to deal with and keep you updated as well.

Mark

(And NO, I'm not on a commission!!!!)

Good to hear!

Mark,

Which color did you get for yourself?

Steve
Message: Posted by: magicmarkdaniel (Aug 15, 2007 05:23PM)
Steve

I didn't. My bikini days were over long before they started. I did contact them about making a jacket for me though, but I wanted a specific fabric I just can't seem to find anywhere (blue with different coloured 'Smartie' spots on). Although they were unable to find the fabric I was wanting, they did offer to make the jacket using many different coloured sequins, for a very low price. I did contemplate it as a 'Finale' jacket for a show I'm doing September.

The Thin Man From West Plains!

I guess I'd rather hang out with Hofzinser, Malini, and Leipzig.

But only because they're not on youtube.

Matt,

For a fee, I'll send you the dancers! I'll be sending a pic across to Samantha when I get around to getting them done and she'll probably post it on her site.

That jacket looks like it would go through $30 worth of batteries, every time it's worn. LOL

It would be nice to find jackets with a cut like what Mick Jagger wears on stage, but made with a unique patterned fabric. Light jackets and camp shirts, loaded with pockets, would be great!
