Message: Posted by: John T. Sheets (Aug 22, 2007 01:18AM)
Hello,

I have been seeing these head off illusions popping up. This one is titled "Harbins Head Off" illusion. Although somebody posted (on the link) that this is different than Harbins. Does anyone know who is the designer of this type of head off, or maybe who is building them? Thanks.

This is not Harbin`s version but a copy of Andre Kole`s head mover.
These copy`s where made by quality props of england but they sold their business...

Did Andre Kole authorize his idea to quality props?

Yeh I posted a while back looking for this and found out you can't legally buy it anywhere.

But you can still build Head Off if you have the Harbin book! :) Just read through that section again last night. Very cool ideas.

Reed completely redesigned it though. Completely different look and different illusion, though the same method is at play.

From what I remember, Craig Dickens performed Harbin's Head off on the "Great Magic of Las Vegas" TV series. Can't find a video online though.

My performance is not online, but here is a clip of the Double version I built for Milan Forzetting years back.
