Yay, Criss from his glam metal days! :)

Too bad he never does those Lee Roth kicks anymore.

He might have actually been 32 when that one was made.
Message: Posted by: Bairefoot (Nov 18, 2007 09:41PM)
It didn't sound bad. Kinda like Motley Crew, Poison, Twister sister.

Message: Posted by: nikyas (Nov 19, 2007 02:20AM)

Message: Posted by: gaafman (Nov 19, 2007 04:46AM)

Talk about energy...
Message: Posted by: Bairefoot (Nov 19, 2007 11:44AM)
Hey Pete. How are you man? ENERGY you are right that something magicains need more of. I am just glad he learned how to tranfer it to his magic and what to leave out of his magic.

Message: Posted by: johnnymystic (Nov 20, 2007 09:04AM)

CA was quoted as saying "it was the most embarrassing moment of his life". Hmm, could that be the real "mindfreak" ?
Message: Posted by: tedski (Nov 20, 2007 07:40PM)
I had to turn it off before it ended.

Seriously guys, is it just me or did he do the moon walk flawlessly? Unfortunately, I can only give him a 5 out of 10 on the David Lee Roth impersonation - his snap kicks need work - LOL
Message: Posted by: MickeyPainless (Nov 20, 2007 08:57PM)
I hate to admit that I even know what the "Moon walk" is, but yeah he did it better than MJ and I agree about the DLR impersonation! Other than that I was pretty nauseated by the whole thing!
Message: Posted by: Logan (Nov 20, 2007 09:23PM)
Noticed too in some segments he wore a black sequined jacket with one white glove...

I know Michael Jackson has inspired/influenced many (myself included)...but I did not imagine Criss Angel to be one of them!

He did the moves pretty well though!
Message: Posted by: johnnymystic (Nov 20, 2007 10:54PM)
I am still oh so grossed out by this, I had no idea Mr.Angel was so old either!

Does he wear a wig now, 'cuz if he does I'd sure like to get hooked up with his wig doctor...minus the whole emo thing.

That has to be the coolest thing I've seen this decade.

I want to recreate that show, move for move, tomorrow. It would KILL!!

I take back every bad thought I every had about Criss Angel. Not only is he the Baron von Munchausen of magic he's also a metal gawd!!!

UUHHHHH, I hope your joking. Right?
Message: Posted by: C.W.G. (Nov 23, 2007 12:02PM)
Oh God... Thanks so much for that! Did you know that if you rearrange the letters in Cris Angel you get "useless piece of crap that is jealous of David Blaine and Jim Callahan because they have talent and he needs camera tricks and stooges 24/7 and because he isn't respected by any REAL magician on this planet because the guy is so far up his own butt that he can see out his own mouth...."

Wow? I didn't know I hated the guy so much?.... And I may have been a few letters out on the whole re-arranging thing.

Again thanks for that.

Lol, too funny. I wonder if Criss Angel & David Lee Roth ever thought about putting together a Siegfried & Roy type of act.

I think they did, but Criss got tired of David making all the assistants disappear into his dressing room. ;)

OMG Finny, I blew a mouthful of coffee all over my screen over that! THANKS!
Good one on you too Monkey, touche!
Message: Posted by: Loopback (Nov 24, 2007 10:28AM)
Ooooh I hope he releases this one on dvd.

And I reaaaaaalllllly hope he shows you in the dvd how to tease your hair so I too can look like the king of the jungle
Message: Posted by: Steven True (Nov 25, 2007 03:56AM)
All I can say is...."Thank Goodness the 80's Are Over". Maybe he can do a casino tour with the big hair. Now that was funny. Gotta give him credit.

Happy Magic

Just when you think you've seen it all...
Message: Posted by: masterkiller (Dec 19, 2007 01:39PM)
This was really embarrasing to watch.
Message: Posted by: sean_mh (Dec 20, 2007 12:51PM)

This video makes things that totally suck feel much better about themselves.

Message: Posted by: John T Cox (Dec 21, 2007 10:50AM)
That was the funniest comment of all. Thanks Sean!!!

I watched this with that kind of hunched down, "oh my gawd, did I actually like that stuff", embarrased feeling.

The vanish from the chair to the box was cool though!
Message: Posted by: Nick_Beamz (Dec 22, 2007 08:52AM)
Hahha as funny as it is lol.. a point to show that there's no such thuing as overnight success! you can see he's been out as a performer for quite some time, longer than most of us expected! hahha. but that was funny though.. lol
Message: Posted by: MindSeeker (Dec 26, 2007 04:27PM)
Thanks, that really put a smile on my face :)
Message: Posted by: gaddy (Dec 28, 2007 04:57PM)
I really wish he'd have stuck to music- at least pop music makes no claims to such concepts as "art" "taste" or "dignity".

Alright, I'm outta here, I've gotta go practice my magic ding dong routine...
Message: Posted by: Upanishad13 (Dec 28, 2007 07:23PM)
He was a pretty sucker.......albeit nauseating.
Message: Posted by: Joe Marotta (Dec 30, 2007 11:08PM)
(laughing hysterically and trying to compose myself)

What I just watched was one of the most insanely, idiotic things Iíve ever watched. I feel dirty all over.

Everyone on this board is now dumber for having watched it.

I award him no points. And may God have mercy on his soul.

(snicker, snicker. This video should be included in one of CA's TV show's closing credits.) :bg:
Message: Posted by: gaddy (Dec 31, 2007 09:13PM)
15 years from now, the "music videos" he's currently pimping on his show will seem as awful as this tired, dated, garbage as well...

Message: Posted by: Angio333 (Jan 7, 2008 04:26PM)
I know I might get banned for saying this, but I actually kind of liked the music. I love the hair metal from the 80s......Poison, Warrant, Firehouse, etc
Message: Posted by: sean_mh (Jan 8, 2008 09:59PM)
I just watched this again (don't ask me why!) and I find it quite hilarious that even back then he felt compelled to put a disclaimer at the beginning of a crappy music video stressing that "All the Magic that appears in this video is genuine and is not aided by trick photography"!!

The jokes just write themselves, folks!

Message: Posted by: trycks. (Jan 9, 2008 01:16PM)
Hes scary!!!! lol

I watch this far too many times than is healthy for me. It draws me like a moth to the flame!
Message: Posted by: The Mac (Jan 11, 2008 05:05AM)
Mindseeker flames could be dangerous with all that hairspray!
Message: Posted by: tuffnavyrn (Jan 11, 2008 11:24AM)
Well....as silly as that was it's really not any different from what was the typical 80's hairspray bands of that time. Gotta tip your hat to him though because he never gave up, kept working hard and look where he is now regardless of others personal opinions. Ok, now I've got to watch that again as it's been some time since I've had a good belly laugh!
