Where can I get a vent mask to animate the mouth on an audience participant?
Message: Posted by: Neale Bacon (Jan 16, 2008 12:29PM)
Bill Boley's son Joe Boley makes them

Just posted a new Youtube Video from shows performed at the Maryland Renaissance Festival in the end of August. A lot of people ask me about Wanlu's masks - and I've got to tell you I love them - you can see them featured on the video:

Thanks for the comments guys - I'm just having fun.

The "gay" guy was a blast - he was having so much fun in the audience I had to get him on-stage. The reactions he provided took that routine in a whole different direction. Some of the ad-libs that developed are now a part of the routine.

Wanlu,
I have your grumpy old man puppet with me in Mexico - but am still trying to find the right routine. Used him the other night in Cancun and wasn't overly happy with the ending punch. I will continue to play with him and post something when he is ready.

Cool!!!

For those who are not familiar with our work, the grumpy old man is the one to the left? :) The one to the right is the D.O.M. (delightful old man) :)

ANNOUNCEMENT: We no longer offer our masks at our blog. Those who are interested can get one from other suppliers. This is because the one making the masks for me stopped making the masks on a regular basis and I simply can't handle such arrangement to accomodate the demand.

Thanks for all those who got our masks...

Okay...great news.

My mask maker and I had a cool discussion, the masks will still be available.

Next batch will be ready by late November to early December.

Thanks :)

Check out: http://www.geocities.com/macawmagi/cablemask.html You get what you pay for. Why settle for a cheaper version?

Cable masks are made according to your specifications: skin tone, lip color, lip size, ears, teeth size, moles, freckles, mask size, etc. Made by a pro for pros. Will fit both kids and adults.
