Hello everyone,

Does anyone know a good, inexpensive place or version of this trick? I cannot seem to find one

Dean Dill does many matrix routines. I use his simple matrix (with and without backfire). He has these on one of the IMS videos and also on one of the videos sold from his website.

David Neighbors does a lot with matrix routines as well.

If you have Mark Wilsons book, there is a nice coin assembly in there that plays kind of like a matrix, only it uses 2 cards and a handkerchief.

Good luck,

Mike

Ross Bertram's Coin Assembly. You can find it written in the stars of magic.

That would be a Chink-A-Chink then. I myself posed the question of where to find this effect in print. I know that Al Schneider will surely have it in his new tapes that he filmed with L&L Publishing. I also heard he put it in Genii Magazine.

That's right Andrew it was in Genii. He also had a manuscript. Good luck finding it.
I hadn't heard that he is doing vids. that's cool.

Yeah, they should be awesome videos. They have some pictures on the set in the 2003 L&L catalog. I think we'll have to e-mail them to find out the release date though.

You should check out Bill Malones DVD's 'On The Loose' his routine is basically Schneider's original routine with a few minor differences.

You might also want to check out Reed McClintock's new DVD 'Coin Ovations' he has a matrix routine ending with the production of 12 half dollars and one jumbo half

Or check out Jim Pace's video Tricks from my lecture for the original 13 coin matrix. Hope this helps.
