Hello
Does someone know about or use this trick?

I'm curious to know if there are good routines with it and if there are various version of it.

thanks

I have various "nut" effects....give an example of the "effect"

ie: "the spectator threads the nut onto a cord, holds both ends and the magician reaches under cloth and removes nut"

Something like this will give us a better understanding of the prop used and what can be done with it.

The prop called a "Brema Nut" is named after Carl Brema who was a noted manufacturer of precision brass magic equipment. It is a nut that will stand close scrutiny (although not extensive physical examination) and yet may be removed from a rope upon which it has been threaded. There are a number of published routines.
