I am researching this internationally known magician from the 50's and 60's. Can anyone provide me with information about him?

He was from Visalia, CA his name was Richard Lopes. The Great Ricardo performed in Vegas and venues in the west cost mainly I am guessing. He may have made a trip to Japan and his obituary says he performed on Sullivan 3 times but I can't find record of it in the online guest lists. This is about all I know.

In the early 1950's, there were at least five magicians going by the stage name of Ricardo. Ricardo The Magician, AKA Richard McGreevey, Ft Worth, TX Ricardo, New Orleans, LA Ricardo, AKA Ricardo Seymour, Philadelphia, PA Ricardo The Mystic, AKA Richard Peterson, Estherville, IA Riccardo (with 2 c's)The Great, Niagara Falls, NY Garry Hayes
