I use and love Kozak's salt pour but Jeff Hobson has an excellent way of easily making your own salt pour device which is pretty good. That's on his Exposed DVD. I've been thinking about adding this to my routine for a double pour.

Levent's is IMHO as good as it gets. Fred Kaps and Roy Benson were the best presenters... study them both.

I 2nd what Pete said about Levent's salt pour, and the Benson, and Kaps routines.

Honestly...the BEST in my opinion is by Jeff Hobson. It's never ending...and you can make them yourself for less than $1.00. You can have multiples loaded for easy steals etc.

I have Jeff's lecture notes, but you have to buy them from him directly I believe...

FYI. . . my salt pour is explained in my Linking Ring parade of Nov. 2005 (I'm pretty sure of the date?) and
my EXPOSED DVD which, of course, is my video explanation and retro 80's bonus performance of the salt-pour in front of a "normal" paying audience.

I think Levent covers both in his DVD on the Salt Pour. The Benson routine is also covered in Levent's book on Benson titled Roy Benson by Starlight.

Kaps' routine never published but search his acts on you tube to see. His is basically the same as Benson's, but the presentation is different.

Personally my favourite is the Levente gimmick. The DVD is great and covers so much.

Losander's salt game is also very good. Most of us will already have the necessary gimmick to perform it. However, I really like the routine. Especially good when used for what it was intended, close-up opening effect in a restaurent.

If you do the salt pour on stage then it's nice to be able to offer it close-up too.

I believe a similar method can be found on Darwin's TT DVD. I forget which volume.

Going back to Levente. I particularly like the two handed pour. I use this all the time as a final flourish to my routine.
