A group has to have built a mighty powerful image to be constantly "quoted" in the culture and now ... the iconic "quote" has been (poorly) repackaged.

This "coming attraction" today from movie-list.com which conveniently presents trailers for just about every movie to hit theater screens:

"SPLINTERHEADS" (release date November 6) The story of Justin Frost, a slacker whose life is turned upside down when a traveling carnival rolls in to town for the summer, bringing with it an outrageous crew of carnival workers, who call themselves 'splinterheads' and earn a living by hustling an endless stream of townies out of their hard-earned cash. When Justin begins to fall for one of them, a striking, street-smart con-artist named Galaxy, he finds people in his life [complicate] his pursuit of his dream girl: a police sergeant is his mom's ex-boyfriend, his 116-year-old grandfather who is the newly minted "World's Oldest Living Man," and Galaxy's insanely jealous, belligerent carnie boyfriend Reggie.

Certainly a new take on the "shady carny" image. Oh, I almost forgot ... in style, a liberal dose of "JUNO" added for no particular reason, with less capable actors. Just cause that's what the marks are buying, y'know?

Yep, definitely a new take.
