Anyone own or have seen one of these up close? I like the idea of having it on a side table, so that your volunteer can remain standing during the routine. However, from the video provided, the neck width seems to be a bit tight for an adult. This is an interesting variation of the Dissecto. Obviously it does not work like the original Abbotts model. This is potentially good. It's a shame that he did not line the handle up with the blade as is seen in real knives. I like the idea but the handle and an adjustable neck opening still need work - IMHO. MR |

I recall seeing an Abbott's version that was meant to be used with an assistant's leg. That was one large Disecto! |
