Ok, I know that some of his stuff is great and other stuff, well, not so great, but then again could be in the right hands I guess.
Anyhow, the question I have is after watching the big time edited video, I want to know if anyone has this and if it's worth getting. I know that the price makes it real tempting, but even then I am curious.

So anyone have it and can any one comment of practicality of it?

thanks

I don't have it. But I wonder why he releases something he already released?? It's on a DVD - if I remember correctly it's on "Shock FX DVD".
If you really want to buy it - at least there you would have more effects you would get. But before ordering that, let a second one confirm that I remember the correct DVD.

Here's a routine I put together with fast food scraps. It includes FreeFall.

Nice, visual and effects that make sense in the context, nicely done!

The end production was unexpected( which is good) When you pulled out the sup I was like ok that's cool I guess, but having it filled with liquid,, very cool man, and like the above posted said,, it all made sense, which in turn makes it believable. The only thing about it that was a little iffy was when you produced the straw from the bag. Mabe pick up the bag with the hand concealing the straw,, that way there is a reason the hand is behind the bag. Very nice though.

Yeah I know it seems like maybe the straw came from behind the bag, but I really don`t care because it gives them just enough of a ''Oh I think I know what happened there'' and right after there is a huge climax and it really kicks them in the gut. I didn`t want to overcomplicate the handling at the end.

I understand that it wasn`t too impressive to see just a cup come out and that`s why I paused before pouring the liquid. That`s the real kicker.

Very well done Patrick. A very nice application to the principle.
