Topic: Problems contacting Wellington Enterprises?

Been trying to reach them on and off for months - anyone have a personal contact there? They're not returning emails or voicemails and I want to place a big order!

Best time to call is between 12 and 4 EST. Monday thru Thursday. The shop is closed on Fridays

When you leave your message do you speak clearly, say and re state your name and entire phone number? if he can't understand the message he can't call back...

I can't remember, but does Wellington Enterprises uses an Outlook message to contact them ?

I once was trying to contact somebody else using Outlook, but never got an answer. Later I found out that I can't use Outlook to send an e-mail. So from now on I copy the address.

Otherwise I never had problems to get answers from this compagny, but this was a few years ago.

Maybe they're just on holidays...
