If you can read this it may not apply to you but if you are having problems connecting they did a cycle on their system which reset the passwords for most customers. The customer service people are at the max amount of calls their system will allow on hold, 800, so don't bother calling now. To get around it you may want to try to re register and see if that works. Good luck!
