Topic: Help me identify this British symphonic music (audio link provided)

Here's a 1-minute mp3 (there's narration over much of it) - music heard on several BBC shows, sounds like English symphonic music of WWI-WWII era (Ralph Vaughan Willams? William Walton?)

Can anyone help me identify it? Thanks!

You can tell it's not Vaughan Williams from the way the harp and horns go over the strings, then the wind

Forces of nature by Paul Mottram

sounds to me like it's the first link, you can buy it for 79p if you change the tab to personal use only on that page which is cool, though you can listen to all of it on the site. Might be on iTunes too
