Topic: Where to keep Sharpies? |
|
||
I used to keep 2 Sharpies in my left Sportcoat inner pocket. Over the years I have added effects which use special Sharpies.I now have 5 Sharpies to carry during walkaround and I am getting them mixed up. I need: * 2 REGULAR SHARPIES * 1 PEN THRU SHARPIE * 1 PSYPHER SHARPIE * 1 HEAVY METAL SHARPIE * 1 SUPER SHARPIE Any ideas on how to pocket manage these? They probably should be in the same area. I was trying out one of those pen/pencil holders that engineer types use in their fron shirt pocket. |

More pockets. I have all my coats specially tailored. My tailor puts in 4 pen pockets that are wide enough to hold 2 Sharpies each. Enough room for 8 Sharpies |

Yep, just find a seamstress. Tell her (or him) what you want and they can help you figure out the best way to make it happen. Mark. |

I would also say find a way to mark the sharpies by feel so that you don't grab the wrong one. William |

William [/quote] I take a razor blade and just cut a line into the top of the cap, for instance sharper through dollar cut one straight line from twelve to six o'clock, and the next with a line the same as the first and another from nine to 3, and if another shall be needed use the same two cuts and add another from like ten to five, so forth and so on, I hope this helps |

We make a case for organizing color changing knives. I'm sure we could make something for pens. pm me, if you're interested. |

I just put different colored tops on them |

I use those horizontal clip on cell phone cases. With the flap/cover cut off one can clip on plenty of sharpies and keep them all in order and out of pockets. |

Just my simple suggestion as food for thought: Do not carry them all at once. Of course if you tie them all together, the above suggestions would work very well! |
