Topic: Health care unconstitutionality & Yahoo!

This morning Yahoo! had an article on last night's Republican presidential candidates' debate, in which it chided Michele Bachmann for saying that parts of President Obama's health care legislation are unconstitutional.

This afternoon Yahoo! has an article saying that an appeals court has ruled that parts of President Obama's health care legislation are unconstitutional.

If they'd just waited a few hours . . . .

How can they? Have you tried to contact Yahoo! recently? They don't listen to anyone (especially their users).

Yes, but other Appeals courts have ruled the entire thing constitutional (including the mandate.)

It won't be settled until it goes to the Supreme Court.

The next election should fix this well thought out plan. I trust whatever Nancy Pelosi says about it.......not.

Interestingly, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch linking this issue to the debt crisis.

Enjoy
