Any ideas on how to make a "DING" sound at your command while holding a deck of cards? I think maybe something like instant radio with an armpit switch.

Take a trip to an home improvement store like Lowe's and check out the electronic door bells. Maybe you can use one of those. They even have battery powered and motion activated ones now.
