Just a quick line to let those of you who have walked in this garden before know that Midnight Side of the Mind 3: Midnight Variations is now available from http://www.readerofminds.co.uk

This chapter of the Midnight Side story was not written by myself, but rather by a well-known and widely published occultist and mystical practitioner writing under the pseudonym Count Cashliostro (bit of an in-joke there).

I didn't write it, but I do think it is really rather good. If you have ventured into the Midnight Side before I am positive that you will love it.

Thanks for letting us know.

Do you plan to offer deals on your Midnights?

I still don't own the first two, but I will someday. I am just waiting for a good sale price is all :)

I understand wanting value but when people discount their package it is rather annoying for those who paid full price and supported the creator only to find they had been milked as the first wave of marketing.

Paul had a package deal for all 3 Midnight books up for a couple days and he has on an occasion or two offered a package deal before. Maybe he will again, but even if he doesn't the material is worth the full price IMO.

I can understand being annoyed and feeling milked but in the case of Midnight Side of the Mind, the first wave of marketing offered a substantial discount for pre-ordering. If I recall correctly the discount was more than the savings on any of the bundle offers that have been made since then. No reason to be annoyed.

Yes, Paul's original preorders on the first was half the price if I remember rightly, so no feeling ripped off there. Even at full price the material would have earned itself back several times over by now. I've used the ideas in midnight side in its original form and to enhance other demonstrations. I had hoped Paul's announcement that he wasn't going to be releasing more material would save my wallet, but I can see I'm still going to spending some more on this one.
