Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere, but these cards are stunning!

They are. I really hope more people get on board and they get funded!

I thought it had been posted on this board before, but I think it bears repeating! This definitely needs to get funded. Not sure if KS allows for the deadline to be extended.

The art work is fabulous.

I bought two!

I bought a brick! The price is fine and I can split a deck or two with my other fellows at the club.

What I really like are the backs:

This was actually my first time funding something but I'm a sucker for beautiful looking cards. I really hope that they do get fully funded.

I just upped my decks to three.
I'm thinking it would be fun to age one of them….

There aren't that many days left. I really hope it makes enough money. They are indeed beautiful cards.

Reading between the lines of what has been said about the cards so far, it is apparent to me that the system hidden in the deck is even stronger than the Kadar method--much more fine-tuned and accurate. One does not have to be a magician, or a reader, to enjoy expanding your understanding of our fellow human beings. Empathy, sympathy, identification, closness, not only for friends and aquaintances, but total strangers as well. And whether you choose to "reveal" information for an effect or not. Mr. Gould has achieved something amazing here, and I don't think I have looked forward to anything as much as this.
Sorry to get flowery--but this must be funded!

Pledged for 1 deck :)
Message: Posted by: Slartibartfaust (Jan 19, 2014 09:27AM)
I don't see the numbers going up :(

I really hope most backers are like me waiting on some incoming cash to at least double their pledge
lol

It costs nothing to pledge, your credit card will only be charged if the goal is hit...

I am aware yes lol
I never commit outgoing funds until I know said funds are incoming though, if you know what I mean :)

Great idea check out new update on kickstarter for an extra £6 you can get one of two accompanying books as I understand it one is for a "magical path" the other is for "readings" just bumped up my bid :)
Message: Posted by: spookyone (Jan 19, 2014 11:46AM)
Just saw that, was a little disappointed that it's not included (how else do we know how it works?) or is this more of a routine but a basic manual is included?

Either way, I upgraded :) Wasn't sure what to pick so I chose Reader's Path because I thought it would be fun to do some "legit" readings.

I get the impression that the cards are a standard deck ( standard isn't really the right word ) but they have the ability to transform into a magical deck or a readers deck as an extra. Either way hope this new idea encourages more people to get involved as it would be such a shame if this does not get off the ground.

Indeed, it's a beautiful deck (heck, even the box is gorgeous) and pretty reasonable price.

Wow, those are great! Really appealing.

YAY
These beauties have cracked the £5,000 mark

Halfway there :)

Still wondering 1) why the goal hasn't been reached and 2) if the deadline can be pushed out. I like most of the decks I've seen pop up on KS, but of all them, I like this one most of all. Would be sad if it never sees production.

Most 'fancy' decks on Kickstarter appear to reach and surpass their goals quite easily. The only thing I can think is that the Kadar deck is just a little too far removed from a normal deck for the regular card magicians and card jugglers? Very annoying as the Kadar deck is one of the very best decks I've ever seen.

I was wary of pledging my credit card but I am so taken by them that I have taken the plunge. I am a hopeless amateur magician but I love nice things. If in doubt get signed up!
Message: Posted by: Sicnatius (Jan 21, 2014 05:22AM)
Just did the upgrade to a full brick with both books. That deck just looks too amazing to not be funded.
Message: Posted by: EVILDAN (Jan 24, 2014 10:33AM)
I'm in for 2 decks. I passed info to some others. Hopefully these get made.

I have taken a quick look at the ceck but honestly this is not my style. I have sent the link to a number of my friends though, hopefully they will like it.

Regarding Kickstarter, well, no, the backing duration cannot be extended. However, if the project fails to hit it's goal, the creator is allowed to post the project a second time (But the project will start from zero) (This can be a good thing or a bad one as we will have to re-pledge.)
