It's hard to give an exact size due to it being night and it's altitude but at a rough guess, about the size of a single carriage train, possibly bigger.

I will be going to the location again to see if I can capture it on video.

The above photos were a chance encounter and were taken on my camera phone.

I'm amazed that those wings can keep it aloft. A bat has similar wing design but the wing/body proportion of the bat are vastly different from the dragon...
