Because nothing says Home Cooking like the house of Jeffrey Dahmer...
The animal-rights group PETA is looking to buy the childhood home of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer and convert it into a vegan restaurant.

The organizationís president, Ingrid Newkirk, sent a letter dated Friday to the real estate agent who had listed the Bath Township, Ohio, house for sale, reported the Akron Beacon Journal.

Dahmer moved to the home with his parents in 1968, when he was 8 years old, and killed and dismembered his first of his 17 victims there 10 years later.

He scattered the remains of Steven M. Hicks on the 1.5-acre property.
ďLike Dahmerís human victims, cows, pigs, and chickens are made of flesh and blood and fear for their lives..."

I rarely (very rarely) eat meat.

The dudes run a lot faster than a I do.

Why it's enough to put one off ones food.

I'd consider PETA owning the home to be desecrating the memory of someone less creepy than their chairperson.

They'll be needing a head chef, and an arm chef, and a leg chef, ad infinitum.
The finger bowls would be a sight to see as well.

I rarely eat meat also, but often it comes out medium rare. ;)

(Okay okay, not as good as Ray's post above... )

I'm reminded of an old Ben Stiller sketch "The Legend of TJ O'Pootertoot." Couldn't find a video.

I'm originally am from Milwaukee and had a temp job at Ambrosia Chocolate at same time he was working there. I don't think I met him...but there was I guy on a forklift that in hindsight looked a lot like him.

I just bring this up because I suspect the restaurant would be serving some type of chocolate for dessert...Devil's Food Cake? Chocolate Lady Fingers?

I have trouble understanding the motive of PETA in constantly trying to get people offside - you'd think they'd make some small attempt to win people to their view.

Destiny, they could start by not killing more animals than pretty much every other shelter in the country. Hypocrisy is one of my biggest turn-offs.
"It's okay to slaughter them, just don't eat them."
