Topic: Entertainer Software for Ipad?
Message: Posted by: stempleton (Sep 7, 2014 04:04PM)
Anyone recommend software that will act as a CRM, keep up with routines used, etc for Ipad? Not interested in monthly fees, but not opposed to purchasing. Have tried to contact Bob at magicbase pro about running on IOS but have not heard back. Any feedback appreciated.

I've got as small app that I wrote for my wife (she does caricatures). It's designed for event booking, tracking deposits and sending PDF invoices. It's called Paper Tree (http://papertreeapp.com) . It's only a couple bucks. There is a note section for routine tracking per show, an dim looking to something closer to a routine list in a future update. It is for iphone but runs on ipad. Also, it is nowhere near the features as ShowBiz, which is why it's so cheap. :) If you do check it out, please let me know if you like it. I'm always looking for feedback. But I'd also recommend keeping ShowBiz in mind as they do offer a great service.

Steve - You might want to take a look at:

http://contactsjournal.com/

It's the one I use for both my iPad and iPhone.

A second for contacts journal. Been using it for years.

I use this one. It is good for the contacts. You can go back and add notes to it. You can even put your line up in it. As with any CRM system it is garbage in garbage out. If you use it right it will help you forecast better quarters and years.

Hi Steve T, and others. MagicBase Pro version 4.0 will be released in a few months. It has been extensively updated, with lots of cool, new features packed in. One of them is a mobile app. It will sync with MagicBase Pro and run on iPhone. It is our first venture into an iOS product. Once the big, new version is released, we will work on the fully-implemented iPad version. You may get a free download of MagicBase Pro at: www.MagicBasePro.com. You can send me questions by PM, or fB (magicbasepro) for more urgent questions.
