Topic: This made me sad...

At work tonight (I'm a technician on a magic show) I was standing by the door as the audience came in when a young girl of about seven years old looked into the theatre and asked me "but where do the judges sit?"

Part of me wanted to laugh but a bigger part of me felt very sad.

Just thought I'd share.

Ouch, wow. At least she got a lesson that evening that that's not how all entertainment is served up.

Now this is interesting. Dunninger always had celebrity judges on his live number one ranked radio show and his live theatre shows. Wonder if this question was posed to other mentalists at the time?

Guess the Dunninger show was the precusor.

I believe this sort of thing is more popular now. It is easier to judge someone. Therefore, judges are to be expected because judging people is easy= okay. I guess I see her point. Maybe this has nothing to do with it but ughhhh.

Very interesting idea. There might be some presentational gold in there.
