Sharing this link to an article on the basics of quantum hauntings. Easy to digest story writing info here: https://maskofreason.wordpress.com/the-book-of-mysteries/theories/quantum-theory-of-ghosts/

There are so many ways to look at the world that when you stop to think about the infinitely small more than mindboggling apparitions appear. I would argue this either way. You know there was a popular movie about medical students who would (in a controlled setting) stop there hearts and experience what was on the other side for like a second. Could this 'quantum entanglement' have some implication for the mind?

Point of information: the author points out in another blog post that "Dr. Bruin" is a fictional character of his own creation.

Spiritualists and purveyors of the supernatural always jump on quantum mechanics because QM is weird. Bare in mind that these people know next to nothing about quantum mechanics. You don't find actual quantum physicists spouting woo-woo like Deepak Chopra. In the same way you don't see actual climate scientists doubting global warming.

Listen to what the experts say about QM and the supernatural.

Not a new idea. Serious spiritualists in the mid nineteenth century put subjects in Faraday cages.
