My balls talk when I do the toss load. Are there any tips to eliminate this sound?

Seriously, maybe you need to change targets. Or you need to cover the noise with a louder noise, such as slamming a cup down on the table. I don't really like to do that kind of work, but some people do.

Not a toss unless you use the paper cups.

Metal cups tend to CLOMP unless you are on a padded surface, and they bounce off padded surfaces when dropped.

Been there… went for paper cups, though I do like the move.
