Is the tutorial in English of French ?
Message: Posted by: Saturn UK (Oct 17, 2017 02:34PM)
The tutorial is in French with very poor English subtitles.

You can follow along ok as its quite easy to do.

I don't speak French but could follow along ok.

Does it cover how to construct gimmick cards and box ?
Message: Posted by: Saturn UK (Oct 17, 2017 04:10PM)
They are ready made, I can't recall if they teach how to make more.

More are being made, there is no firm ETA yet but I expect within a week or so.

Click the notify me link on the product page on our website and you will get an email as soon as they comeback in.

In stock at Penguin, so just thought it was now widely available.

Can anyone answer if you need to buy refills for the signed yellow cards??? If the signed card ends up yellow for the final color then I would think you would need to get additional yellow cards?

Anyone?

The 2nd performance in the original post has the card signed on a yellow sticker, which prevents the refill issue and actually makes sense in the construct of the effect.

Yellow Bikes are not made any longer, so if you find any in stock, they'll be like $13+ - After I get this thing, I'm hopeful that I'll be able to make the gimmicks and use GREEN Bikes ($3.71 @ Penguin) ...but YES, stickers on the Yellow's would make sense.

Mine arrived today and was missing one of the necessary cards.
Can't perform without it.
Instructions are in French with minimal English subtitle instruction.
This is a perfect trick if you are at a table and no one behind you.

If the cards start getting a bit tatty you will need to find a deck of yellow bikes.
Signed card not 100% necessary I don't think.

Not for me. Too expensive. French speaking with subtitles? No thanks.
Message: Posted by: magic in mind (Oct 28, 2017 12:56PM)
It does show you how to make more gimmicks. The idea is not new and neither are the gimmicks.Mabye one has a little xtra added to it.Yep in french so turned off volume.Shame they didn't add an English sound track. Yep you can get stuff to make up gimmicks easy probably one item online. So yes you could use green bikes

Honestly the french with English subtitles isnít a big deal with this. Itís very simple to understand and the visuals of the tutorial are very easy to follow.
Message: Posted by: magic in mind (Oct 28, 2017 01:06PM)
Agree but would have been nice to have a English sound track. The stuff on the reel folk may not know exactly what it is unless you've played with it before Say a certain shim lim product.

"Hallucination Deck" reminds me of Pit Hartling's "The Color Changing Mind" (see MAGIC, July 2007).
Perhaps the two decks are identical except that Pit uses the cards with green backs and not the yellow backs as in the Hallucination Deck.
The big difference is the presentation.

Message: Posted by: magic in mind (Nov 4, 2017 12:04AM)
Yes their bonus pages are very helpful.

As I'm french too I would like to say shame on you all who won't want to see any video with french language and english subtitles ! How do you think the whole non english speakers do with all the magic they buy here and in the uk and elsewhere ? We watch 90% of the videos in another language as ours with subtitles or even sometimes without any of those...
Sorry guys but it had to be said ;-)
