Metromix calls it a "Best Bet," and the Chicago Sun-Times names it among "10 Cool Things To Do."

It will be seen on the Travel Channel's "Weird Travels" in Fall 2004, and on the WGN-TV Morning News this coming Thursday, May 6 during the 7am hour.

Experience my new show, "Supernatural Chicago," and hear true Chicago stories of the unexplained. Feel them come to life through startling and audience-involving demonstrations of magic, telepathy, clairvoyance and other phenomena. All amidst the haunting (and haunted) atmosphere of Excalibur nightclub (Dearborn and Ontario, Chicago).

Now playing every Friday night at 8pm in an open run. To find out more, please visit http://www.SupernaturalChicago.com

Thanks,
Neil

UPDATE: May 5, 2004

This just in: I will be on the WGN-TV Morning News on Thursday, May 13 to read some minds and promote the show. Tune in during the 7am hour if you're in the Chicago market.

Best,
Neil

UPDATE: May 13, 2004

I just did the appearance on WGN-TV Morning News this morning at 7:45am. And there, for hundreds to see, was the sight of Oscar-nominated actor Gary Sinise, hands clasped, holding his pocketful of coins as the entire studio willed the marked penny within to heat up and bend.

It did. :)

After the shock dissipated, viewers were directed to reserve their tickets at http://www.SupernaturalChicago.com

Best,
Neil

Way to go, Neil!!!
Greg
Did you say to Sinese, "Why you've got magic pennies, Lt Dan"? :rotfl:

Thanks, Greg and Mark! With Sinise and the two newsguys from WGN hamming it up while "concentrating" as I talked them through the visualization of the coin bending in Sinise's hand, it was absolutely hilarious!

One of these days, I'll have to figure out how to convert my videotape into a Quicktime movie and post it.

Best,
Neil

Muy Bien! Well Done!
You deserve the exposure and the notoriety the airing brings!

Gary is one of my favourite character actors. What is his opinion of that which we do?

Excellent job and a credit to your craft!~
Adios,~r2

Neil,

I'd be happy to convert your video into a Quicktime file for you. PM me and I can give you an address to send it (or a copy of it) to. I'd definately love to see it.

I had the chance to see Neil perform a Houdini Seance over Halloween weekend 2002 at the Excal. and I still remember the AWESOME job he did, kudos, wish I would have hung around and talked to you a bit before leaving. Oh well, maybe I'll make it to Chicago again.

Best to you,

Shawn

Thanks for the kind words, ReyRey and Shawn -- who I encourage to drive down soon (if you liked the last show, you'll like this one even more)!

Jack, thank you for your offer. I just spoke to a friend of mine who does the same sort of thing, so it look like he'll be doing it for me.

Best,
Neil

P.S. ReyRey, I didn't get the opportunity to talk much with Sinise off-camera, but he was great fun to work with.

Neil,

Great. Let me know when I can view it online. The kind of thing you do is of great interest to me, and you can be assured I'll be watching the Travel Channel's show as well as seeing yours live when I am next in Chicago.
