So I ordered a single ultra bright green D'lite on 10-12-18. My idea was to have it by Halloween for a Dr. Strange costume. On 10-16-18 the shipping updated to "Preparation in Progress". But it hasn't updated since. Their policy is "Packages are generally dispatched within [b]2 days after receipt of payment[/b] and are shipped via USPS. We will send you email shipping notification with a tracking link once shipped." No notification, no shipping yet.

I tried calling twice around 2pm today, but no answer. The voicemail was also full. I've sent two emails as well but no response. Further, the caller ID was saying the number was a New Jersey number, but the address D'lite claims to have is in Florida.

So this is fun. I really wanted it by this upcoming Sunday for a Fall Festival we are having at my Church. Not sure if I'll get it by then unless they send it with expedited shipping for free (which, I think they might should)...

It finally updated to shipped. I don't know if I'd buy from D'lites directly again. They haven't sent me a message back at all to help me understand what was going on.
