Some interesting combinations here. Some loadings seem obvious to my magician self, but probably will work with a lay audience.

There is something about the marker as a wand that doesn't work for me. Not sure what.

I think the nose drop can be left out as it seems discordant to the flow of the other moves and could suggest palming.

I like the wand work,though. Maybe a spoon or chopstick?

More pluses than minuses, but I think you can improve on this.

Bu thanks muchly - a couple of ideas I can steal ;)

Excellent work, I enjoyed your style and approach. If I may suggest some thoughts;
The idea that you borrowed the shot glass is nice, perhaps you could think of an amusing place you "borrowed" the small red ball from? Maybe it's from the "little red ball shop" around the corner. Then later, you have borrowed one from the "slightly larger ball red ball shop" around the other corner? (Assuming this translates across language and culture). Then finally, you have a "borrowed" pool ball from the bar that found it's way into the "wrong pocket" or similar. Great pace, nice energy, good audience interaction. Hope it lands well.

Update after +/- 15 performances. I've follow funsway sugestion above and now I don't use the marker, I use a small magic wand instead. The wand have some advantages, I can do some wand spins with it as I already do in a cups and balls routine and it's easier to hold/grab under the arm. Need to find one with more weight tough.
I will take the challenge from the presentation, something I never liked and after these performances I feel that it's better if I take the " catch me if you can" thing. So, looking now for other words to maintain the method and change the presentation.
Paul R thanks for your comment. The idea of the borrow shot cup born as a joke but helps to give the idea that the cup is a real shot cup. I like to insert jokes in all my routines, here and there, even if they don't laugh much, they feel good instead of bored, also fits who I'm. Yeah, I could talk about the ball but you know, I don't want to talk too much. Experience gives us the right amount of words, timming, pace we use in a presentation. So, It's just a ball. At the end, there is a right pace to say " that's ball number 2, this one is number 3, tap the cup, that one is number 4 and number 5." Can't talk about the big ball.

Another thing. Because I'm working away from the cup, sometimes they lift it and reveal the 2nd ball. I expected it when I was working on the routine and it happens. That's one of the reasons some magicians don't use a wand, they can stay in more control of the cup but their head is down to much for my taste, I want my face up.I used to worry about that, not anymore. Guess what, I use the method and the presentation to cover it! In the end it will appear more than one ball, so makes sense. Give them the credit, " oh you're a magician too, that was good! You've to teach me that one!" :)

Nice routine and the right length.

Helder: I really like how much distance you put between the first load and its reveal. It seems like the cup *has* to be empty, but of course it isn't. I'd suggest something softer for the final load or finding a way to quiet down the existing one. Hearing it too early takes away from what's actually a nice reveal (dropping onto the table is quite surprising).

funsway: for me, the magic marker felt a little too short in comparison to the rest of the elements of the trick. It also didn't seem to fit in with the nice cup that helder used. I bet if the routine used a coffee house cup and some kind of impromptu balls (rolled up dollar bills?), the marker would be a better fit.
