A twist on the classic Cardiographic by Martin Lewis, performed by renowned magicians all over world. This is one of the best pieces of stand-up magic to entertain your audience.

The twist:

The card that first rises from the deck on the sketchpad does not match the audience's selection. However, it magically transforms into their selection afterwards!

Seems like a lot of money compared to the original. Not sure how much extra this adds apart from a little bit of humour.

We all could use an extra laugh in our show.

Seems to spoil the method a bit. Sometimes less is more.

I think that only other professional magicians might catch the method from what we see here. After all, David Copperfield did a similar effect, and quite successfully, without the entire audience catching the method (from time index 3:55): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSWKa8wdcEA

In my opinion, the Recall version of Martin Lewis's Cardiographic indeed adds an enhancing twist to this very effect. I for one prefer it over the original effect as it looks even more magical.

Just because David Copperfield did it doesn't mean it was fooling his audiences. He actually did not keep it in a show very long.
Nevertheless, I respect the fact that you think it is an improvement.
