The TT back steal? Who invented it? Iíve seen both mentioned on the Cafť.

I believe it was Cal Emmett who came up with the back steal idea for the Vanishing Cigarette in Handkerchief. He taught it to a lot of people in the Texas area. I learned it from Bill Palmer who was taught the move by Cal.

I've also seen Patrick Page listed as a possible creator. He used it as a way to steal the gimmick as the hand is turned over. This is in his lecture notes ([i]Patrick Page's Lecture Notes[/i]) and in [i] Magic Page by Page[/i].
