Is this book a good one for mentalism?

I know that his Card Control book is a good one.

Let me know.

Thanks.

Well, the title is "Gems of Mental Magic" so I'd say it's not mentalism by default.

I'd disagree there... We have a glossary that means different things depending on time periods... Mental magic sections in a collective of magic in a book was very common. And some of them would later appear in 13 steps to mentalism...

We even have people on here who use terms like seeker, magic-mentalism and other weird slightly odd terminology...

Mental magic in this case, as in this book, is pretty much mentalism really...

There are gems in this book. The methods and routines are dated a bit obviously, but there is stuff that is strong and fooling none the less. The map trick for one.

Yeah, that's what I figured.

I'm gonna have to look into it a bit more.

I'm assuming you have the book correct?

Thanks dmoses.
