I have a Boston box that fits 1/2 dollars, but I'm looking for a Boston Box that fits US 1 dollars (like the one Tommy Wonder is using in his coins across act). A Boston box is An exact duplicate of the Okito design with one important difference. The bottom has been recessed just enough to accommodate a half dollar!
Any help to find a Boston Box in size for US 1 dollar? |

Jimmy Zachary makes a beautiful Boston Box and he makes them in dollar size both for old dollars and the new gold dollars.

http://www.hocus-pocus.com sells dollar size Okito boxes. I am not sure about Boston boxes. You may want to give them a try.
Take care, Brian |

Check with Tabman. He currently has a banner on the Café forums index page (right above 'Close Up Workers') advertising his magic wands. Don't let the banner fool you. Tabman makes more than just wands and performance tables. He has Okito and Boston boxes made for casino chips, which are a bit different in size compared to a silver dollar. I'm fairly sure that the newer silvers (American Eagles) are a bit larger than the chips but this may not be the case for older silver dollars (Morgans,etc.).
I would definately check with him before I made my final decision. Just click on the banner here at the Café and when it takes you to his site click on Casino Chips. The boxes, both styles, are the first thing you'll see. Please feel free to email him and let him know what you're looking for. If one of his boxes will not work, perhaps he can make or alter one that would best meet your needs. IMHO, his prices are very good. For the record: I do not work for Tabman nor do I receive any benefits from recommending his services or visits to his site. He rocks and I have never had a complaint with his props (workmanship, etc.) or his service. He is a very nice man to do business with. Lee
In December of '06 I was diagnosed with a very rare cancer, Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans. One in a million people worldwide are diagnosed with this type of cancer annually. Sarcomas account for 1% of all cancers. Knowledge is power!
