For those that can't get it to work try http://www.m90.org/./gallery/video/oh-bartender.wmv clicking this meant that I could download it straight to my computer.
This style of juggling is called flair. It's used by bartenders all over the globe (including myself). The idea is to make the everyday making of drinks, which lets me honest is pretty dull, more exciting. If you like this type of stuff go to http://www.barproducts.com here you can pick up training videos (I think there's even one designed especially for jugglers), training bottles and other bits and bobs. You should also take a look at http://www.flairdevils.com these guys are pretty awsome. Keep your ear to the ground because there are also many flair competitions where you can see some of the worlds greatest flair artistes. The biggest comp here in the UK is at the Road House in Covent Garden, London. Take care all,

When I work the bar there is a little liquid in the bottles to weight them so they spin better. Also, it's *** hard to make a drink without any (o:
The practice bottles are already weighted, so no need to add liquid. Although once you've learnt to do it with the plastic you should move on to the glass bottle and stick a little liquid in it. Just about a ounce is fine. The best bottles I found were Bacardi bottles or the old style Smirnoff bottle. The new ones don't have enough neck to grab hold of. I'd recommend getting a covered tin rather than a plain stainless one as once they are wet are a nightmare to catch. One other thing. Don't practice under a light bulb, 'cos they tend to go bang, and always have a vacuum cleaner on standby. Last thing you want is glass in your feet. Oh, that reminds me. What ever you do, DON'T practice over your bed or sofa as getting the broken glass out is a nightmare. An old sheet on the floor is a good idea. Ros

That is very cool - I think that this style of juggling really became popular after the movie "Cocktail" with Tom Cruise. I would love to check out a competition sometime!

Wow she has some nice moves and a style I haven't seen before... best I've seen with one item. This is how I decided to earn a living with my juggling and magic skills, great fun. It's actually very different from juggling in style and moves. It takes a lot of practise but it is absolutely amazing to watch. If you want to check out compititions then check in to a TGI Fridays, they're all over the globe and it's a flair bar, so the bartenders should know about the local comps.
