I am still looking for the right chair suspension. Has anyone seen or used the Ed Magic Entertainment model?
I will apreciate your feedback. Carlos |

I purchased mine from Klamm magic. Bob Sommers builds the illusions for Klamm. Since I live 20 minutes from Bob Klamm and happened to be looking at chair suspensions, Bob gave me his pointers on performing the illusion. His chair illusion is very sturdy. The illusion is advertised to hold 140 lbs. It is tested with 190 lbs.
I added an item that makes the board stay suspended and allows the magician to walk away from the board. That gets one round of applause and then the board can be removed getting a second round of applause. |

Hey, great post!
I've been looking at doing this great illusion. I could build one, but don't have the time anymore...is there a website I could check out to see this product? Chris |

I would be really carefull buying anything from this company. As I mentioned before here: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/searc......=4066020 the quality of the goods he sends out is not of a first class quality you would expect.

Daytona magic makes one, and its the one they sell to Robbins to wholesale.
I own it, and it works well for me. |

I bought the Ed magic model. I'll tell you all about it when I get it. It looks really good on the pics.

The Chair Suspension I have been using is from Mak Magic and it is very nicely built. The balance is decent and the quality is definitely there.

When you get your chair suspension. Take it out and look it over carefully. Set up the chairs and place on the gimmick and make sure everything fits nice and snug. Also check the welding joints. It should be welded on all sides and not just one or two. Place the board on the chairs and make sure that it is laying properly and straight and that the board does not raise up too much or is warped etc. It is just a good way to check it over before using it in practice etc.

Ken, Have you seen the picture of the bag I received from Klamm? Is it the same as yours, if it's not, I'll send it back and ask them to send me the correct one. The bag I have is a waste of time. I couldn't use it.

Billy, Send it Back. My Bag is 4 foot (1.22m) made of heavy cloth with no flower type design. My board is 44 Inches (1.02m). Like Ken, everything fits.
My bag looks like your bag in design but much darker material. And Mine is the Klamm Suspension.
