Is it possible to be a successful and famous magician if your initials are not "DB"? Or, at least, something very CLOSE to "DB" (hmm, for example: "DC")?
I'm just wondering if I should consider to change my name, since "A.L." isn't even in the ballpark :-( Adam Lane |

I'm sure you don't need to change your name...but if you do, change it to something really funny

How about "The Great Dbini"?

I'm hoping DV works out for me. It sorta rhymes with DB and DC, plus the obvious "Professor" tie-in.

Hmm...just my 2 cents but I doubt the success of a magician relies that much on his initials.

Does the name perform the magic or is it you? DB has a clever marketing, but he is not the only brilliant performer....

And then we have the very close to it (DC); or the "rhymes" with it (DV, being the Professor AND Dave VanVranken's initials). I don't know. Maybe it's just me. But I find it hard to believe it's all just coincidence I do hope I'm wrong, though. Because "E.N. Almada" sounds pretty cool to me. |

There's some great Magicians out there with some really, really, mozarella cheesy-as-can-be names. Just stay away from "ini's" or "ino's", nobody takes them seriously. Magicians who think peopel do, have accomplished one of the best feats in magic, tricking themselves!
