Does anyone own these and are they chop cups for coins?

They are not chop cups.
They are aluminum “cups” that are specially gimmicked to do a number of tasks. A slot box (Okito) is the closest conceptual model to use when thinking about these items. They do not stand any examination by a spectator, angles can be bad in some extreme close-up presentations, and the cups don’t look like anything remotely familiar. That said, they are clever, well made, and do exactly what they are advertised to do.

Ok I think I understand, kind of like a cross between a slot box and a BO box.
