I think Jeff's mask routine is on one of the World Greatest Magic video's. Also, the New York Magic Symposium tapes have some of his performance card manipulations, off stage work.

The performance of the mask act on WGM2 is a slightly condensed version, due to time limits. The full version I believe is only available on his new performance DVD.

The full promo on Jeff's website contains his act at the World Magic Awards, a Fox tv special (second half of the promo). The act consists of his mask routine and awesome card manipulation, just what you're looking for.
