It's called Quadra Vicious Circle, and no, I don't believe there is a demo anywhere. It is three ring-linking ring routine with comedy bits such as the barbed wire sticking on your hand (stabbed you), you proceed to put gloves on and still catch it on your hands. A ring then gets caught on your pant leg, before the rings finally link all together.
It is VERY funny if you have the personality to pull it off. It takes some practice (as any good effect does), but the rewards are worth it. The gimmick is well hidden and the gags are well routined. Completely safe and does not shred your clothes.

Somewhere out there on the Web is a video clip of this. I saw it, but don't recall where. If I find it, I'll post the link. The bit I saw had no magic linking at all. After struggling with them for a minute or two, he just gave up, quit, and took his bows.

I saw that clip. It was a JUGGLER not a magician... he kept trying to juggle 'em but kept getting them caught on his clothing, gloves, etc. Was funny.
One of my favorite bits is to THROW one of the rings to a spectator. Watch 'em jump out of the way!

That's the one. He never got far enough to do much with them so I didn't know if he was trying to juggle or link them.
